Based on the banks of the
Swale at Longreach, opposite the Isle of Sheppey, the calm waters of the
river offer an ideal opportunity to practice slow speed boat handling yet,
just a few minutes downstream, and we're out in the expanse of the Thames
estuary and some very challenging water.
